Clear and honest drama which depict quite well the scandal. The first episode in particular is very effective to give the correct emotional engagement.

This was an inspiring story of people banding together against being totally screwed over by a larger institution. It's an important story as well. People need to know that companies, including a government owned ones, will almost always care more about their own reputation and finances, compared to your entire life and wellbeing. It was moving to see the tragedy of how much suffering they endured and their courage to fight back. I hope all the victims get what they deserve as well as the villains.

Build a terrifying and compelling story about how a public institution intimidated and persecuted innocent people for years, without admitting its knowledge of the technical failure that caused the accounting errors and becoming the worst enemy of the citizens. Although it uses the emotional resource as a dramatic effect for the denunciation, the portrait of characters like Paula Vennells, the director of the Postal Service, doesn't seem so exaggeratedly perverse if one sees real reports, because her lack of empathy and her refusal to assume responsibilities is, indeed, perverse.
