In Love & Toxic: Blue Therapy will follow five couples as they offload relationship challenges in a series of couples’ therapy sessions, where they will lay difficult issues out on the table. The couples will be guided by returning relationships coach, Denise and new joiner, Jo.

Tunde and Marie's relationship is one of love, but will a shock revelation derail their 10-year union? Shaun and Rae aren't on speaking terms. And could Lauren's dreams leave Michael in the shade?
