I started this Kdrama because I wanted something running in the background to fall asleep to, only to find myself triggered with so many emotions anger, heartbreak, despair, depression. I cried nonstop, unsure if it was because I could relate to the relationship trauma, the love-hate dynamic of a friend bond, or the mommy issues yikes! Maybe it’s just that good at capturing every shade of emotion so rawly and truthfully. The longing for a genuine female friend, that rare kind of connection, echoed in every scene and stayed with me long after the episodes ended. It’s a story that explores the ups and downs of relationships in a way that feels honest and real. I loved everything about this series!
