If you watched the HBO doc that came out in 2022 "Low Country: The Murdaugh Dynasty" this doesn't really add anything. In fact I preferred that one.

I rate it "gingers have no soul" out of ten.

the first season is very well done and truly interesting to watch if you're interested in the case. the second season had barely any new information, so you're good skipping that one if you're just watching to know what's going on and what people are talking about. first season is probably an 8 or 9/10; the second one is like a 6 or so.

I've watched Dateline coverage of the Murdaugh murders and some of the trial. I haven't seen this series, and though it's truly a scandalous case, how many seasons can you weave it into? Netflix greenlighted two seasons, and still, status isn't listed as ended. The producers here are equally gruesome.
