* Pretty good for a Netflix western. The series is dark, intense, and full of graphic violence, capturing every angle of what happened back then. * The production design is fantastic. Visually stunning cinematography, and an engaging soundtrack. * Really feels like everyone is on the brink of life and death, and everybody is capable of anything.
Nothing great here, average at best. The Abish Pratt character was ridiculous and nearly tanked the entire show. I had moderately high hopes, but this was far from good. Not worth watching.
It was alright. A better show with similar events is Hell on Wheels.
It was a good show, but nothing special. Everything was really predictable—whatever you thought would happen next is exactly what happened. The fights and violence were fun to watch, but the story and characters felt like things we’ve seen before. It wasn’t bad, just not very exciting or original.
Worst show I've seen in years. Paper thin characters, dramatic soundtrack and camera shots even when nothing is going on, and the rest is just violence for violence's sake.
