During the war, resistance work took place all over Norway. Some groups sacrificed everything for the country and were later praised and honored. Other groups sacrificed little or nothing and were forgotten. This is the story of one such group.

A post-ironical Norwegian dramedy with a dream cast (oh, finally Ola Furuseth is the lead!) and a breathtaking yet minimalistic camerawork. Beautiful Northern landscapes as a background (or even a "main character"?) and WW2 is just a historical context. Not an action, but a character study. And what a great character study it is, believe me. Especially the line of Thorvald and "London".
[NRK] As in other series and novels by its writers, there is a rebellious tone that uses dark and absurd humor to counteract the complacency of Norwegian society. Twisting the heroic historical narrative, the series stars a resistance group against the Nazis who seem more interested in cultivating camaraderie than committing acts of sabotage. And it manages to be ruthless in its apparent naive point of view.
