War should be in big movies because that man can ACT. Every time he's on the screen I can't take my eyes off his eyes. He express so many different emotions with just a look. It's a delight. All my favourite actors have this subtle-but-not-subtle, everything-in-the-eyes, kind of acting, and he being just 28 years old it's amazing because I always had this preconception that it took a lot of years to perfect this (all my favourite actors and actresses are older than 45 lol). Yin too it's excellent, very fluid, very confident in his acting and the way he moved in the screen. The scenes where he knows his girlfriend is cheating on him but he doesn't have in him to confront her... Or the scenes of him with his family... Everytime he cried I cried harder.

This series will make you question your moral compass + their chemistry is so good that will put more pressure on you whether things are right or wrong. The cinematography specifically the color grading is fine however the story pulls it over to the top. The story is something also seen in other series especially non-BL + some of the acting is fine but it captures more of your heart in its direction and on point chemistry

I absolutely love this series, even though it’s a very messy and intense drama. It deals with some really difficult and complicated situations, but the emotional connection between Vee and Mark is what makes it so special. It’s the kind of story that immediately grabs hold of you, and it feels very real because the characters are so flawed. Yin and War are incredible together. Their chemistry is so intense and believable that you really feel for them through all the struggles. Even when the plot is heavy and challenging, their bond carries the whole story. It’s a passionate and complicated watch, but seeing them navigate everything together is what makes it so good.
