I wanted to enjoy this as I'm a fan of Nordic Noir as a genre but something about this fell a bit short, I think primarily on the mystery / story front, as it's well acted and the black sand beaches are a perfect setting for a crime to take place. It's watchable but ultimately a little underwhelming, unfortunately.
