It was such a nice refreshing story, i especially liked the cinematography! How everything is filmed true to life, the spaces, the people, u can see the pimples on the teens faces! Small detail but it made the series so much better and more distinguishable than something like elite where everyone looks as if they were genetically designed to be perfect! Also, it didn't feel like a bait season to make u crave a netflix subscription which is super plus for a netflix original! And i am really excited to see what the next chapter holds
Such an amazing way of representing the LGBTQ community. I loved this show so much so many twists so amazing. I desperately hope there’s a season 2.
This was perfect in every way and it has so much potential. Nothing like it out there that does these themes and topics so well without falling into harmful stereotypes.
[Netflix] A series that shows a realistic youth, far from the artificiality, and that presents a love story with honesty. The breaking of the fourth wall in two moments is interesting, as a search for the viewer's complicity. Faced with more conservative representations of young love, it has the freshness of characters who show their imperfections. S2, however, falls into the predictable and the monotonous.
Even if you say that's it's unoriginal, boring and repetitive, you can't deny one thing - if there was a contest for most predictable series in history, Young Royals would be the first, the second and the third place, no questions asked. I rate it "13 reasons why monarchy should be abolished" out of ten.
