Reimagine the possibilities.
This contemporary version of the classic drama series delves into the “what if” questions that keep us awake at night. Each episode tells emotional, provocative stories about people who walk in with a desire, but end up reborn to themselves through the magical realism of Fantasy Island.

The thing I remember best about the original series was the fantasies that turned out almost opposite to the wishes of the guests. It could be quite dark for a primetime show. Nothing like that here. Only happy endings so far
This is a wonderful throwback/reboot of the original Fantasy Island. There have been a few attempts to reboot this as movies and tv shows but almost always with more of a horror edge. This newest iteration is much more in sync with the original and is quite heartwarming and romantic. Whether this type of show will/can survive in this day and age has yet to be seen. But, I really enjoyed the first season. How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!
It's not perfect, but it's lighthearted entertainment, and, much to ruegnueg's chagrin, it's full of that "woke shit". Queers abound! Hooray!
Not going to lie, I was quite glad this show was cancelled after season 2. This show was difficult to keep up with every week despite being a fan of weekly anthology type of shows. The weekly stories were not always engaging, often quite slow. The show did improve in the second season by putting a larger emphasis on the intertwining plot, however, that is still not enough to make me want a third season. Average Season Review: 6.25/10 Recommendation: Skip (For Short Story Fans)
I loved this show just got into watching it and it's being cancelled, I am disappointed.
