From the bloke that gave us Aussie YouTube icons Damo and Darren, we’ve now got our own Superhero. A funny show that is good for a laugh with typical Aussie humour, slang and mannerisms. Also pretty cool that the likes of Hugh Jackman and Hugo Weaving did some character voices. Similar in style to Paradise P.D, so give it a crack if that's your thing.

One of the big mysteries of mankind is why is this cancelled after one good first season when you see shows like Paradise PD getting at least 2 seasons too much or even Digman! got greenlit in the first place (and renewed!!)... I love the stupidity and sometimes cringe of the whole concept. A "superhero" who's just a regular (yet overzealous) civil servant trying to save his family and tiny town against whatever crazy plots the writers got in mind. The fact that almost everything is linked to Australian culture, history, lifestyle and legends is a huge win for the show as it allows it to remains very different from the many many US-based animations we can find on every platform nowadays. It surely isn't perfect, but it's clearly worth the watch. I know the shows has been cancelled, but I can't help to hope for a continuation, or even a spin-off, cameo... I just want to see that adorably dorky Koala Man again!

I love Cusack’s other work but this was boring and uncreative. I expected him to bush boundaries like he usually does. The jokes all seemed 10 years too late and the story was quite predictable.

Laughed when it was set in Dapto, but that's about it. Didn't work for me.
