Hoàng Tích Chỉ (b. Bắc Ninh province, 9/1/1932 - 3/20/2022) was a Vietnamese screenwriter, best known for his collaborations with director Hải Ninh during the era of revolutionary cinema. He was the first screenwriter to receive the Ho Chi Minh Award for Literature and the Arts in 2012.
