Yet in spite of this, people, plants and animals alike continue to exist. [VdR'22] Taking the 2011 Japanese earthquake/tsunami as a starting point, this documentary-essay talks about memory, permanence and regeneration, focusing on survivors of the tragedy, who are still linked in memory or post-traumatic syndromes, but also in the consequences it had on the change of flora and fauna, both on land and in the ocean. It's an intelligent approach to the interconnection of all forms of life.
