Mikey’s back and about to face his greatest challenge… his new sister.
Mollie and James are together and raising a family, which now consists of an older Mikey and his baby sister, Julie. Tension between the siblings arises, and as well with Mollie and James when Mollie's brother Stuart moves in. Mikey is also learning how to use the toilet for the first time.

The surprise effect and novelty that made the first movie work is mostly gone in this movie. It feels like just more of the same in order to cash in on the success of the first movie. For fans only.
Now it's the little sister who speaks.
While not as refreshing as the original movie, it still has so much of the 80s/90s charm that is so easy to look back positively on. There’s cheesy jokes, big actors, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. I’ll never understand the low tomatoscores and IMDB scores. This is at minimum an average movie, that’s easy to watch. My only guess for harsh critics is adults find it too cheesy, while some parts push for a ‘younger than kids’ audience. I, on the other hand, quite enjoy the movie and firmly believe it’s worth watching. Rating: 3/5 - 7.5/10 - Worth Watching
