Like a good rain after a drought, did not expect this movie to tie so many themes so well yet simple, wish we had more movies like these this nowadays.

A lovely family movie. Nothing ground breaking, just something to relax. A tad surprised by the below 7 imdb rating but I suppose it was from a time when more movies like this were made. In 2024 it's value has gone up as almost no movies are made like this anymore.

It's schlocky, may make you wonder how in the hell Travolta kept wasting his post-Pulp Fiction career revival on these kinda roles, *but* it ain't terrible! It's got an interesting angle to it that these kind of "person given unique abilities" movies don't really focus on.

When you saw this movie when it came out, and in 2025 still awake feelings like it was the first time....... it is an amazing feeling
