The crazy behind the craze.
Ty was a frustrated toy salesman until his collaboration with three women turned his stuffed animals into a defining '90s trend. This behind-the-scenes look at history's biggest toy craze is a wild story about what—and who—is valued in this world.

The biggest problem with this movie is that it's narrative structure is around three unsung heroes in the Ty story then they proceed to change their names and immediately loses any power it had by committing the same sins in robbing them of their story once again. Highly recommended reading Zac Bissonnette's book, its gripping!
In a year littered with biopics, this one is alright. It’s overall pretty par for the course, and likely is even hindered by being surrounded with so many superior counterparts. Galifianakis does an excellent job playing Ty, but aside from that it’s slightly disappointing all the names of the females were changed. Seems quite ironic given the situation. It's okay if you're interested, I guess. I just think this movie won't be remembered ever.
No way this nerd could pull two baddies like Elizabeth Banks and Sara Snook.
As understuffed as the toys it is portraying.
