Well, what a blow. Incredibly well played by both actresses who play Eva as a child and as a young adult. Very uncomfortable to watch, haven't seen such a powerful film in a long time.

Extremely tragic and a deeply touching story. Although not exactly like the book, it’s a great adaptation. Beware if you’re sensitive to SA scenes.
