There's nothing better than a great romance... to ruin a perfectly good friendship.
On a flight from Los Angeles to New York, Oliver and Emily make a connection, only to decide that they are poorly suited to be together. Over the next seven years, however, they are reunited time and time again, they go from being acquaintances to close friends to... lovers?

One of my favorites movie romance
A nice romantic comedy that shows a sweet couple who find each other only to lose each other and find each other again at least a couple of times. I honestly learned the song by watching and rewatching the "I'll be there for you" scene. Iconic
> " Let it go, smile, you're with me." I was annoyed by the character at the beginning but like a rom com trap they caught me and by the end I was rooting for them. Some how they both were at times obnoxious but I still wanted it to work. I guess that's movie magic.
Make no mistake about it - whatever good qualities this movie has is due completely to Amanda Peete. Sure, Ashton Kutcher plays a perfect nerd - he is that nerd throughout the movie. It is the changes in Peete's character that give this movie even one iota of worth. I think this movie could have been better if they did a better job delineating the instances when they were going to leave each other again. We've seen all of this done much better in When Harry Met Sally, of course. follow me at https://IHATEBadMovies.com or facebook IHATEBadMovies
I wasn't the biggest fan of the beginning, but it quickly grew on me. I think my favorite part was the picture involving the moon.
