Cinema should be freedom, but a film that promotes fascism, violence and incites to go against the rule of law, all behaviors contrary to the constitution and to the European values is exactly the opposite to the concept of freedom. I have to say it is not 100% like this, there are a few instances that condemn the (wrong) reaction of the other side, often driven by ignorance, but it is too little. I also cannot believe a very restrictive film censorship, like the British one, only put VM15 instead of at least VM18.
