Thiruchitrambalam - 2022 - Tamil - 130min My Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breezy, Amusing, Heartwarming Thiruchitrambalam is a highly effective romantic comedy which understands its limits and shines miraculously due to its wonderful screenplay, emotional depth and exuberant screen presence of Dhanush. The film offers a rollercoaster of emotions, be it humor, romance or emotional everything seemed brilliant. The soothing and wonderful music by Anirudh elevates all the effectiveness of the screenplay and makes it a rewarding experience. After a good long time , Dhanush is back in a shy, naive character where his performance is extremely grounded and arguably flawless. Nithya Menen is such a talented and effortless performer and she didn't disappoint either. Bharathiraja and Prakash Raj add substantial support which makes it more pleasing. Overall, Thiruchitrambalam is not a groundbreaking film, nor is it the best dramedy but it leaves you in a state of happy tears and you can't stop but laud such sparkling lead performances.
