It was a good movie, but really hard to watch. It was uncomfortable and I had to take breaks. The plot seems implausible, that a person would so so much from a phone call, but it was based on a true story that happened and was reported 70 different times.

Came to say how unbelievable it was that people would be so dumb but then found this is based on real events. Guess it is more a reflection of how moronic the average fast food employee is.
