Out here, there's nowhere to hide.
A group of five mountaineers are hiking and climbing in the Scottish Highlands when they discover a young Serbian girl buried in a small chamber in the wilderness. They become caught up in a terrifying game of cat and mouse with the kidnappers as they try to get the girl to safety.

Overused plot. Too complicated, and not even in a good way.
It started off decently with the mountain climbing stuff, but it got bad right away
Why don't they just walk the 20 miles all together to the next town? I mean, that's only about 4 hours.
A suspenseful and unexpected crime backwoods thriller. I went into this totally blind and was a little nervous that this would be a tame survival where the lead characters stuck in a cliff for like most of the runtime with lots of flashbacks. This turns out to be so good I honestly would've rated higher if not because of the amount of slow-mo and a few overdramatic moments. There's not a single dull moment in this film. It refreshingly builds its characters pretty well and moves in unexpected ways. The storytelling, realistic choices, and some fun surprises make this a very entertaining film. The camerawork and great scenery of the highlands of Scotland really elevates this above your average survival thriller.
