Is it really a comedy movie? Hmm. I didn't laughed too much. Sometimes it's so serious to be a comedy movie. Well if you got nothing else to do and doing the laundry - watch it. But definitly not worth watching a 2nd time.

Exploring the seedy underbelly of competitive butter sculpting, Butter is dark comedy that tries too hard. In a small Iowa town a local butter carving competition turns ugly when the competitors set out to settle their personal scores with each other. The cast is actually pretty good, and includes Jennifer Garner, Olivia Wilde, Hugh Jackman, and Alicia Silverstone. However, while the film has some fun parts, the story goes to some bizarre places and is overloaded with convoluted subplots. Yet despite its problems, Butter delivers a few good laughs and has several fun characters.
