[HotDocs] Just as he describes a concert as a "conversation between the orchestra and the soloist", the great composer Kris Bowers talks with his grandfather about the past marked by the Jim Brown Law that led him to move to Los Angeles. There are some debatable framing decisions, but there are also endearing moments. Unfortunately, the most moving scene of all, and the most natural, is left for the end credits.
