The overall pace was a bit too slow for me
Very beautifully filmed in 4K, amazing the work these people perform with compassion and love for the dead that they are retrieving.
Archaeological documentary with a genuinely thrilling find at its centre — the real-time discovery structure creates unexpected tension. The human stakes of unearthing a 4,400-year-old life give it emotional weight beyond standard documentary format.
As for the working conditions, which seem partially amateur, it is quite an interesting document (especially chasing for success in the still missing budget). Of course, it's not National Geografic or other giants of this movie topic so don't compare.
