One of my all-time favourite films. Great cast, great story and the method of storytelling is refreshing. Highly recommended.
Great concept -- watch a 20 minute segment about an assassination attempt on the President of the U.S. from the "Vantage Point" of several different people. I'm not sure they pulled it off though. The beginning was fantastic, I was hooked. I thought the movie should have opened with a little back story but the high noon common thread was not to be strayed from. By the time we had rewound for the fourth time, I was beginning to get a tad annoyed. Not sure why, but I was. I wish we could have gotten into the whys a little more, we never really get a glimpse of what has motivated our bad guys to do this. Also slightly confusing was the role of the Spanish police officer...I'll leave it at that
It was great till the ending. Not that ending was bad, it was just a little low than the whole highs of the movie. The suspense that something happened and someone knows something, and then showing it from various POVs kept me hooked. But the end was little low on my expectations. But overall it had a great feel, a good watch.
