It is slick, loud and obsessed with reminding you it has a massive budget, but at least it moves like it means business. SK finally looks more relaxed in the action again, and the set pieces have that clean, muscular swag this franchise does best. Katrina gets the standout moments, her action scenes are sharper than half the plot. Emraan Hashmi brings genuine menace, even when the script keeps softening the edges. The story is predictable and occasionally clunky, and the overall execution let the movie down,but the pacing rarely drags and the scale stays consistently impressive. Not the franchise’s smartest chapter, but kind of does the job but on the lower side.
