One of the ugliest animations ever. I wouldn't even recommend parents to let their kids watch this.

An entertaining romp, _Marmaduke_ is a formulaic animated kid’s film. When a video of Marmaduke’s antics goes viral, he gets labeled as an untrainable dog, which perks the interest of an award winning trainer who’s looking for a challenge. Unfortunately the animation looks like crap; as a lot of it is really rough and doesn’t have a good depth of field. And several of the character designs are bizarre and off-putting. However, the plot’s fairly well-written, following a standard redemption arc, and has a number of interesting characters. Also, there are some cute bits of pet humor and some fun pieces of slapstick. _Marmaduke_’s undercut by its poor production values, but it still manages to deliver few laughs.

A real dog of a movie. Stiff animation and an incredibly poor script - you'd be barking mad if you decided to watch it!
