Original story with occasional humor, not as much as I expected but, present nonetheless. However, it somehow still feels shackled to the idea of contemporary storytelling in mainstream Indian movies.

A pretty fun and riotous first half leads to an overly complicated second that brings down the overall enjoyment several notches. Even so, the movie remains throughly enjoyable. A solid 7.

I'm a Suriya fan, watched this movie with family in theatres and it was so funny, go for it. My ratings 4/5
