A "Zapata" western, focusing on a group of Mexican revolutionaries, who enlist the help of a gringo (played by Anthony Steffen) to help them with a shipment of weapons. They are led by an old man who they call "The Saint", and his beautiful daughter named Mercedes. Their lieutenant is a mistrusting rogue (played by Fernando Sancho). Most of the action looks like an abandoned strip mine and white-washed villages- which are supposed to look like Mexico.
