This is a delightful tie-in short to the 3 movies. And the animation is top-notch. If you can, you should watch How to Train Your Dragon: Gift of the Night Fury (2011) and How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming (2019) together for the holidays. A perfect little movie (short) for the holidays. How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!
When the children villages disrespect Stoick’s statue and Hiccup’s daughter wants to be a dragon hunter. Hiccup decides to put on a play honoring his father and Toothless. A quite perfect tie in to the last movie. Plus no wonder I missed it on TV. Who has Christmas specials 5 days before Halloween ? It says it was released December 3rd but it was on Hulu before Halloween.
Absolutely delightful if you have watched the movies. Warms your heart in 22 short minutes
