More intelligent than most films in this space, but it doesn't fully commit to either the emotional drama or the mystery it sets up. The atmosphere is moody and the central idea - two men, one woman, conflicting memories - is genuinely interesting. The problem is the emotional depth stays surface level. You never really feel what Mi-ran felt, and she's supposed to be the entire point. The ending tries to be profound but lands a little hollow. Worth a watch, but you'll leave wanting more from a story that clearly had more to give.
