This collage of images extracted from the extensive filmography of Humberto Mauro serves his nephew, the actor André Di Mauro, to elaborate a recognition of the figure of one of the pioneers of Brazilian cinema. The chosen images, with a certain poetic air, invite the recovery of his cinema, and compose a tribute to the senses, rather than a journey through the director's films. The images of the old director filming with his little camera are moving, but the whole remains in a merely sensitive composition.
