Six Men. One Woman. No Balls.
The Cobblers Arms have been the best and most feared Amateur Rugby League team for the past ten years. Film with amateur rugby sevens.
What if Eastenders was a comedy that wasn't funny at all? It isn't even inspiring like most sport movies are. Just a bunch of middle-aged blokes argueing and being knobheads while some unknown British bands play in the background. I don't think I even smiled once during this "underdog becomes a hero" sports flick... I kept waiting for the much beloved British humour or any sense of "GO ON BOYS! KICK THOSE FANNIES" but nothing... Nothing at all. The only redeeming part is that we get Hazel Scott in the shower for a minute. There's plenty of sports movies that are inspiring or funny. Go watch them instead.
