Synopsis
Jailed for his reckless driving, rambunctious Mr. Toad has to escape from prison when his beloved Toad Hall comes under threat from the wily weasels, who plan to build a dog food factory on the very meadow sold to them by Toad himself.

If I were 7 years old and it was 1996, there were three channels on TV, YouTube hadn't been invented yet, and I'd already watched the ten VHS tapes my family owned a thousand times, maybe this would be entertaining. As it is, as a grown man only curious about this because of the Python connection, I struggled to even finish the less than 90 minutes. It's charming and whimsical and obviously good-hearted, but not funny or interesting.
