Synopsis
A beautiful island is home to thousands of species of aquatic life. Now there is a new species: the 5-Headed Shark is all heads and teeth. Shaped like a demented starfish, this monster terrorizes the open ocean before invading the beaches of Puerto Rico, endangering the once peaceful island paradise.

From 3 heads we pass to 5 heads, this one is better made than the 2 heads and the 3 heads, but it is what it is.

Surprised this is rating so low. You know what you are getting into with the title, so obviously it is only going to appeal to a certain type of person, and it lives up to that (perhaps even a little better than most other dodgy shark movies) But I'm still a little disappointed about the 4 Header :-(

The bad ratings are interesting. What are people expecting from a movie with that title? I think it was exactly what was expected.
