Interesting documentation about how mainstream USA viewed their society at the beginning of the 1980s, here done by picking out a marginal phenomenon and pretending that that is how it is in general.

I liked the first two of these films more because it was about the music. This one...although music had a little to do with it it was more about the kids on the streets. Nothing wrong with that but nearing the end of the film, I thought it was more exploitation than anything
