>"I just saw my best friend's wife with another man. I'll send you a check." The only laughs I had in this movie because Vince Vaughn is funny, even when the movie is mediocre. I feel like this would not be a dilemma and I would be able to just tell my friend, but to each their own.

In my opinion there were only few funny scenes.

The Dilemma is not a complete failure. It features strong performances from its dramatic leads and has moments of genuine insight into the pain of betrayal. However, its inability to commit to a consistent tone makes it a jarring and unsatisfying watch. It’s a film at war with itself—a dramatic story saddled with the burden of being a Vince Vaughn comedy.

I think this movie gets an unfair rap. Sure it's not Ron Howards finest moment by a stretch but it's still a comedy head above shoulders we get from the likes of the happy Gilmore camp. Not great, but a good watch with your better half.
