Unlimited bullets, and some slightly unbelievable deductions. Otherwise fantastic movie about blurring the lines between good and evil. True masterpiece.
One of those films where both leads are so perfectly cast that the film almost writes itself around them. The grey space between good and evil is not a new concept but Pushkar-Gayathri build it into every layer here - the folktale structure, the moral reversals, the way Vedha's stories slowly pull Vikram's certainty apart. What makes it land is that you believe both men completely. Madhavan plays conviction with such quiet intensity, and Vijay Sethupathi - well, Vedha is one of his greatest performances. Charismatic, terrifying, weirdly sympathetic, sometimes all three in the same scene. Tight screenplay, no wasted scenes, an ending that stays with you.
