It's the penultimate Kojak film and Telly Savalas is reunited, on-screen, with Kevin Dobson (now Assistant DA Robert Crocker!) Detective Blake is the most active regular character, the storyline focused more on the machinations of the bad guys. Also can't avoid mentioning Theo's choice of headgear, a beret
