Simple crime thriller through the rich and seedy parts of DC that doesnt waste any time. It doesnt do anything unique or out of the ordinary, but Guttenberg and Wentworth both play well off each other. Guttenberg spends so much of the movie fixated on who he thinks the killer is the other characters are really driving the story. The last 30mins takes the Hollywood approach of framing it on the main character, and that's where this all goes from slow build thriller to all out failed thriller. Watch for Guttenburg completionists but otherwise pointless to watch
