The main event on this card featured Rashad Evans vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and unfortunately, the pre-fight hype was much more entertaining than the fight itself. Not a boring fight, really, but certainly not the "knock-down-drag-out" knuckle-and-skull that you would've expected after watching all the pre-fight hype. Apparently there was a lot of bad blood between these two and I was hoping for a real barnburner of a fight; turned out to be just another mediocre dance with a couple of exciting moments. The fight to watch on this card was the three-round fight between Mike Russow vs Todd Duffee; that has to rate right up there as one of the most bizarre yet exciting conclusions to an MMA fight. Ever. Still unbelievable. The other fights were "good" at best; not shabby, not boring, not dull but nothing earth-shattering, either. Sure wish that main event had lived up to the hype, though.
