[SEFF] A stop-motion vision of war that is oppressive and produces a sense of desolation. Although it also speaks of camaraderie, the truth is that this piece of trench during World War I is above all disturbing. The movements of the characters are agitated, almost close to a state of madness. The psychological consequences of war are also present, in a remarkable exercise of technique.
