Synopsis
The architect and head of the family Markus Larsen secretly lives out his bisexual tendencies while his wife Christine and their 11-year-old daughter Elisabeth drown in unbearable loneliness. When Markus gets to know the 12-year-old son of a colleague, he feels an immediate affection for the boy.

At one point a character states "it was weird, right from the beginning." Without realising it she reviewed the film. A troubling, disturbing film about a dysfunctional family, it might actually make you feel normal, if there is such a thing. We are all a little screwed up, we just don't show it.
