Synopsis
Rookie cop Sam Staziak has a unique gift: he is a Scanner, which gives him the power to read the thoughts of others, and also to inflict great bodily harm. When a mad scientist begins using mind control to murder police officers, Sam realizes that only he and his unique gift can put an end to the mayhem.

The pacing in this one is lightning fast. Almost to the point where it's a tad off-putting. Like all the other Scanners movies, I think it's only decent. And also like all the other Scanners movies it kept me mildly engaged.

Surprisingly entertaining knock off of the original concept with fast pacing and interesting wrinkles. Darlanne Fluegel is a standout as is another great villainous turn by Richard Lynch. Worth the time, but no masterpiece.
