Oh dear! To be fair the cast do what they can with what is undoubtedly a low budget San Andreas/Armageddon wannabe. It’s a shame as there are some quite intense moments. The problem is the CGI is pretty poor by today’s standards and parts of the film are ill placed. For example there’s scenes where the intensity is right up there then as soon as a character does something (don’t want to spoil things), it’s over leaving the scene a bit of a damp squib. The acting is competent but I feel like they’re keeping a low budget and poorly directed movie afloat. The film does have glimpses of Justin Hartley though so every cloud and all that! ;)
