Arthaus meets grindhouse. Porn filmmaker with ennui has a bad habit of strangling ladies while looking for a new job. Pretty but (sometimes excruciatingly) slow film with shots lingering on the gritty sleazy beauty of 1970s Los Angeles. Holy crap the end shot though!
