Synopsis

This thing is the essence of a 1980s B movie. Terrible, idiotic story, terrible cinematography, bad acting, terrible special effects and a magical wrist computer that can unfasten handcuffs with laser beams (but has no apparent battery …). Just a terrible movie to forget about.
