Synopsis
A mentally ill man in a small Texas town goes on a killing rampage and is fatally wounded by police. When doctors use an experimental serum to bring him back to life, the killer develops superhuman strength and the town sheriff must pursue him.

Chuck Norris vs a maskless Michael Myers? I'm innnn and it's totally worth a watch as Chucks only horror flick. I was 8 when I watched this and John Kirby scared the hell out of me, especially the very end..sure some things are dated but the villain needs no makeup or special effects to be one big ass scary dude ....pluuuuuuus....there's titties lol

It's a strange that kind of action movie. It does a bit into horror but is never really effective at scares. It's nice to see Norris a little more vulnerable than usual, so it's got that going for it... The movie is basically Chuck Norris vs Jason. Only it ends up not being as awesome as that sounds.
