Although I saw better movies of Machulski this one is not too bad as it's ratings may suggest. I like the concept of an alternative history and the way he put it on the screen. One should never forget that this is a parody which should be takken with a bit of salt. Cinematography is good and characters likeable, even the worst ones known from the history.
